A lifetime powertrain warranty offered to the customers of Lonestar Dodge and Longhorn Ford.Customers who have all factory recommended service done at our service department do not have to worry about major repair costs: Lonestar Dodge and Longhorn Ford's Lifetime Auto Warranty program pays for all repairs to the engine, transmission, and other lubricated parts AT NO EXTRA COST as long as the original owner owns the vehicle.

Q: What vehicles are eligible for Lifetime Warranty?
A: All new vehicles purchased from us and used Ford, Mercury, Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler vehicles purchased that have less than 25,000 miles at time of sale, excluding all commercial vehicles.

A: Lifetime Auto Warranty is no charge for eligible vehicles.
Q: How do the customers sign up?
A: Lifetime Auto Warranty enrollment automatically occurs when a customer purchases an eligible vehicle from Lonestar Dodge or Longhorn Ford.
Q: What does Lifetime Auto Warranty cover?
A: Lifetime Auto Warranty covers the powertrain i.e. engine, transmission/transaxle, axles, and differential (except seals and gaskets).
Q: What is the customer responsible for?
A: The customer must have all factory recommended services performed by Lonestar Dodge for Longhorn Ford's Service Department and have us stamp their maintenance book to validate the service.
Q: How long does Lifetime Auto Warranty last?
A: As long as you have all of your recommended service done at Lonestar Dodge or Longhorn Ford you are covered no matter how many miles or how many years you own your vehicle.
Q: What about deductibles?
A: If a covered item falls under the Lifetime Auto Warranty Policy, then there is NO DEDUCTIBLE.
